The Keyence KV-16T is a highly efficient and compact programmable logic controller (PLC) designed for industrial automation. Its small form factor allows for maximum space savings without compromising functionality. The IN and OUT ports are conveniently located at the top of the unit, with numbering from C000-009 for easy identification. A pull tab on the right side reveals an Ethernet port, enabling network connectivity and remote control. The device features 15 numbered LED lights on the front for visual status updates, while the bottom front indicates output with a sequence of numbers ranging from C3-8 to C4-15. At the top of the unit, there are 11 connections for wires, with venting to maintain proper operating temperature even in high-temperature conditions. The underside of the unit includes two metal hanging brackets, allowing for flexible panel mounting options to fit your existing setup. The KV-16T is compatible with Windows Ladder software and offers a 20 kHz clock output pulse for precise positioning and speed control. The model is designed to handle impulse signals as short as 25us at any time during the program execution, making it ideal for dynamic industrial processes.
