Recently, the launch and implementation plan demonstration meeting of the “Industrial Software” key project of the National Key R&D Program, led by Zhejiang Zhongkong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongkong Technology”), was successfully held in Hangzhou Zhongkong Technology Park.

The meeting invited 9 experts including Professor Yang Huamin, President of Changchun University of Science and Technology, Professor Zhong Shisheng, Executive Vice President of Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai), and Professor Zhao Weidong, Vice Dean of the School of Electronic and Information Engineering of Tongji University. Chu Jian, founder of Zhongkong Technology Group, and Qiu Kun, vice president of Zhongkong Technology, attended the meeting. A total of more than 40 people from the project team participated.

Chu Jian warmly welcomed the experts and leaders attending the meeting and thanked them for their long-term strong support for Zhongkong. He said that in the past 30 years, Zhongkong has continued to grow and develop, and its achievements have promoted the development of the industrial automation industry to a certain extent. In the past five years, Zhongkong Technology has successively undertaken a number of large-scale engineering projects such as tens of millions of tons of refining and millions of tons of ethylene, while actively developing basic and application-oriented industrial software and committed to expanding overseas markets.

The launch of the intelligent analysis software project for lean control of product quality in the entire value chain plays an important role in the expansion of the process industry, manufacturing industry and other markets. In the next three years, SUPCON will actively promote the progress of the project in collaboration with universities, enterprises and other cooperative units, and contribute to the development of my country’s industrial software.

Afterwards, Jin Xiaoming, the project leader, reported on the research content and plan.

This project mainly focuses on the problems of large fluctuations in production status, complex processes, multiple constraints on process quality control, and difficulties in mechanism integration in the manufacturing process of the process industry. It studies new models for the integration of artificial intelligence and automatic control theory in the entire value chain, distributed high-speed, efficient and accurate perception technology for quality and operation data, and global quality data space construction technology. It develops and forms an intelligent analysis system for lean control of product quality, which will form new theories, new methods and new models combining artificial intelligence with automatic control theory, and break through key technologies such as high-speed perception of quality data.

The experts at the meeting fully affirmed the project establishment work, and put forward constructive suggestions from multiple aspects such as project task division, project landmark achievements, project schedule, and project application implementation.

Qiu Kun said that the project team will think deeply about the goals set by the project, further refine the plan, speed up the deployment, and ensure the successful completion of the project.
